Long before I coached leaders, I trained as a therapist.
And even earlier, I wanted to be an archaeologist.
Both fields taught me the same truth: what’s buried still shapes the present—whether it’s an emotion, a team dynamic, or the story an organization tells itself.
That curiosity has guided my career. Today, I partner with CEOs, executives, and leadership teams to uncover what’s beneath the surface—how trust forms, how misalignment creeps in, and how leaders navigate uncertainty while staying connected to purpose.
For more than 28 years, I’ve worked across federal agencies, non-profit, financial, and private organizations, helping leaders strengthen culture, align strategy, and translate insight into meaningful action. I frequently partner with mission-driven institutions navigating growth, leadership transitions, and complex organizational change.
My approach blends organizational science with the depth of therapeutic insight. I listen for patterns between words, signals in systems, and the stories teams tell when they’re under pressure. From there, we turn awareness into activation—and uncertainty into momentum.
Clients often describe my work as both strategic and deeply human.
Whether I’m coaching a senior executive, facilitating a leadership team, or guiding an organization through change, my goal is the same: to help people lead with greater clarity, courage, and humanity.
If you’re ready to dig beneath the surface and strengthen how your leadership team works together, I’d welcome the conversation.
